Safety Patrol

Terri Guillory

Students in fourth or fifth grade can participate in the Safety Patrol. Students involved in Safety Patrol work closely with the school safety coordinator and help to monitor the stairways during arrival and dismissal each day. They are also able to assist during special events by helping guide guests to the proper location and monitor the halls.

This club is sponsored by the Carbondale Assembly of God Church and led by Children’s Pastor Brittany Calvert and Associate Pastor Sarah Taylor, along with several other wonderful women from the church. The girls are mentored by these ladies while learning team building skills, playing games, making crafts, and building friendships. The Girls Club meets on Tuesdays immediately after school and ends promptly at 3:30pm.
